After the earth shatters, the aftershocks rumble on... A family's journey through grief after the suicide of a son and brother.
Commissioned by the South Australian Office of the Chief Psychologist, this is a unique investigation of the impact of a sudden teen suicide on a young family.
Under the direction of Nicole (Nikki) Allen and the penmanship of award winning playwright, Sean Riley, the piece is based on research, statistics and theatrical exploration.
Performed by the Guerrilla Ensemble of South Australian Youth Arts, a group of 14-18 year olds, 'Aftershocks' will be a haunting and emotionally mature response to the question of 'How' you remake meaning in your life; what happens to those left behind.
